BY PURCHASING A TEAM PASS YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR REGULATIONS AND   UNDERSTAND THE RISK OF ATTENDING A PHYSICAL LAN EVENT. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY OUR   REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE WITH NO REFUND.  
 
This pass grants entry for 1 team participating in our 2v2 side event. 
A team who purchases this pass does not have to pay for entry at the event.
Simply just show proof of purchase i.e online receipt or confirmation email.

Bracket play will begin on Sunday 2PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time.  We will have additional set ups available for the 2v2 bracket and as the day goes on once teams exit, we will have even more available stations for 2v2. 
 
REGISTRATION:  
  • Best of 3 Single Elimination.
  • Bracket play will commence at 2PM.
  • Matches will be quick so teams are advised to hangout in the venue ready for their next match.

    COVID-19 REGULATIONS + VENUE RULES:

    • No outside food or drinks. Drinks and snacks sold at venue.
    • If vaccination card is presented, you may remove your mask.
    • CLEAR BAGS ONLY! Bags must be see through!
    • Mask are required if not vaccinated.
    • Hand sanitzier stations + wipes for stations.

    Please be respectful and mindful. Please follow the venue rules. No outside food or drink as stated by Contender Esports venue. Clear bags only as a safety measure. Our COVID-19 regulations in place are for the safety of everyone and failure to comply can cause harm to others, yourself, and greatly affect the chances for future events. 

    Zero tolerance for any racial slurs, bullying, shaming, violence, or any sort of aggressive physical behaviour. You will be thrown out. 

    You will be held accountable for any damage caused to monitors, PCs, or equipment that you directly cause. Cameras will be active at the venue.  If you spill and make a mess or ruin a PC, you will be responsible for repairs or replacements. 

  • Refunds will ONLY be given if for whatever reason the event is canceled. We can only accommodate for team pass purchases. Refunds WILL NOT be given out to teams who purchase more than one pass with the intent to sell them for a profit. If for any reason a team with a pass is unable to attend, they are able to sell their pass to another team wishing to purchase one.
