BY PURCHASING A TEAM PASS YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR REGULATIONS AND UNDERSTAND THE RISK OF ATTENDING A PHYSICAL LAN EVENT. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY OUR REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE WITH NO REFUND.
This pass grants entry for 1 team participating in our 4v4 mainevent.
A team who purchases this pass does not have to pay for entry at the event.
Simply just show proof of purchase i.e online receipt or confirmation email.

Event will be either Pool Play or Bracket style depending on the amount of teams that end up attending. Maximum capacity is 18 teams. Early rounds will be BO3 and later rounds BO5.
REGISTRATION:
EZone will contact teams a day before the event giving them their scheduled times and heat for the event.
Teams must arrive at the time that is designated for them.
Heat 1 begins at 10AM with doors opening at 9AM. Teams in later heats please arrive 40 minutes before your scheduled heat.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS + VENUE RULES:
- No outside food or drinks. Drinks and snacks sold at venue.
- Recommend to be vaccinated.
- Hand sanitzier stations + wipes for stations.
Please be respectful and mindful. Please follow the venue rules. No outside food or drink as stated by Belong Arenas venue. Our COVID-19 regulations in place are for the safety of everyone and failure to comply can cause harm to others, yourself, and greatly affect the chances for future events.
Zero tolerance for any racial slurs, bullying, shaming, violence, or any sort of aggressive physical behaviour. You will be thrown out.
You will be held accountable for any damage caused to monitors, PCs, or equipment that you directly cause. Cameras will be active at the venue. If you spill and make a mess or ruin a PC, you will be responsible for repairs or replacements.
Refunds will ONLY be given if for whatever reason the event is canceled. We can only accommodate for team pass purchases. Refunds WILL NOT be given out to teams who purchase more than one pass with the intent to sell them for a profit. If for any reason a team with a pass is unable to attend, they are able to sell their pass to another team wishing to purchase one.
